Peter Gabriel přichází s dlouho očekávaným konceptuálním albem. I když vlastně nepřichází sám. Nápad na album vznikl již v roce 2010, kdy Gabriel vydal album cover verzí Scratch My Back. A Gabriela napadlo oslovit všechny hudebníky, jejichž skladby předělal a chtěl album vydat ve stejném roce. Nicméně chvili trvalo než někteří umělci skladby nahráli a proto album vychází až nyní. Nakonec je nenahráli všichni, proto na jsou na albu dva noví umělci, jejichž skladby Gabriel nepředělal (Feist a Joseph Arthur)
Na albu se podíleli umělci jako Lou Reed, David Byrne, Paul Simon, Elbow, Arcade Fire a další.
